Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana or 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or more to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Mix on high until smooth.
  • If you want a thinner smoothie, add more milk. If you want a thicker smoothie, add less milk.
