This tropical spinach smoothie shows just what you can do with a handful of ingredients and a high-speed blender. It's quick, nourishing, and tastes like pure sunshine!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tropical blend frozen fruit ours had mango, pineapple, banana & peaches
  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth. You may need to add a little more orange juice depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
