Ingredients

  • ½ cup ice
  • 6 oz white wine ¾ cup
  • pinot grigio: use for a drier and refreshing spritzer
  • sauvignon blanc: use for a crisp and citrus forward spritzer
  • riesling: if you want to add a little sweetness to your spritzer we used a riesling
  • 4 oz. club soda or a hard seltzer ½ cup, we used club soda and topo chico lemon/lime hard seltzer, but use any flavor you’d like
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Garnish

  • 1 Slice of lemon
  • 2-3 raspberries

Instructions

  • Fill a tall wine glass ½ way with ice.
  • Pour wine over the ice and then top with club soda or hard seltzer, and lemon juice. Swirl the ingredients gently together with a spoon.
  • Garnish with fresh lemon and raspberries and enjoy.

Tips & Notes

  • We do not recommend using chardonnay for this recipe. It is too buttery and oaky.
  • For a boozier white wine spritzer, top the white wine with a hard seltzer. For a less boozy drink, use club soda.
  • If you don’t have lemon juice feel free to use lime juice or lemon juice.
  • For a quality white wine spritzer, remember to use a quality wine.
