Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats gluten free if desired
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4.5 cups plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 medium bananas mashed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek or dairy-free yogurt

Instructions

  • Mash bananas in a medium sized Tupperware and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well and then cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
