These protein cookies are made with just 5 ingredients: all-natural peanut butter, coconut sugar, protein powder, cocoa powder, and eggs.

COCONUT SUGAR
HOW TO
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until a cookie dough texture forms. If your batter is too dry, add a few teaspoons of melted coconut oil.
SCOOP, PAT, BAKE
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough into your hands. Roll into a ball and pat into a cookie shape. Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes.
