PREP INGREDIENTS

First, slice cauliflower into bite-sized wings. Then, prepare the egg wash and "breading" by mixing together almond meal and spices.

MAKE "WINGS"

Dip cauliflower into the egg wash and then quickly dredge in the almond meal mixture, coating entirely. 

Place cauliflower wings onto pan, spray them with cooking spray, and air fry for 12 minutes at 375ºF.

AIR FRY

MAKE BUFFALO SAUCE

Prepare yummy buffalo sauce by melting butter. Then, mix it with hot sauce and and a little honey to balance the heat.

COAT WINGS

Remove cauliflower wings from air fryer and coat them in the buffalo sauce. Make sure they are generously coated.
