Overnight Oats are a healthy make-ahead breakfast idea!

WHAT YOU NEED

To make a basic overnight oats recipe, you need: rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and honey (or maple syrup).

HOW TO:

Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Then, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
