Buffalo Sauce

To create the sauce, over medium heat in a saucepan, melt the butter and whisk in the buffalo sauce.

Marinate

Add the chicken thighs to a bowl and coat the sauce to cover the chicken. Let marinate for 2-6 hours.

Prep

After the chicken has been marinated, place the thighs on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake

Bake at 425ºF for 10 minutes. Once baked, coat in another layer of buffalo sauce.

Serve

Lastly, garnish with fresh herbs of your choosing and serve with a side of veggies and a carb for a complete meal!
