INCREDIBLE MUSHROOM STROGANOFF
WHAT YOU NEED
Mushroom stroganoff is a delightful meal made with mushrooms, egg noodles, and a creamy, savory sauce.
Cook down 20-oz. of your favorite mushrooms in olive oil and salt for around 10 minutes.
ALL ABOUT THE SAUCE
Whisk together flour and broth. The flour will ultimately help thicken the sauce when it activates in the hot pan.
Add broth to pan and whisk until thick. Then, stir in Greek yogurt (sour cream works too!) to cream the sauce.
