Add dates, peanut butter, oat flour, honey, vanilla, protein powder, and salt to a high-speed food processor.

PROCESS

Process ingredients on high until the dates are pulverized. Then, add water to create a cookie dough-like consistency.

Transfer protein bars dough to a pan and use your hands to compress the dough down until smooth.

TRANSFER TO PAN

CHOCOLATE TOPPING

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together and then pour on top of protein bars. Use a spatula to smooth it out and then add coarse sea salt.

CHILL & SLICE

Let homemade protein bars chill in the freezer for 30-min. to set and harden before slicing into bars. Store protein bars in fridge for 5-7 days
