A super simple tutorial for how to make Instant Pot Shredded Chicken

2 INGREDIENS

All you need to make IP Shredded Chicken is 2 ingredients: chicken (fresh or frozen) and water. Place chicken on trivet and add water.

COOK TIME

Cook chicken on high pressure with a quick-release for: Frozen- 12-15 minutes and Fresh- 8 minutes. Cook time will depend on how big your chicken breast is.

QUICK RELEASE & SHRED

Quick release Instant Pot and make sure the internal temperature of your chicken is 165ºF. Then, use 2 forks to shred.

EAT OR FREEZE

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Option to freeze for up to 3 months.
