Our cookie dough oatmeal is meant to taste just like cookie dough thanks to vanilla and maple syrup. Bonus, you can top it with actual homemade cookie dough, too!

  • Add almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup to a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add the oatmeal and chia seeds and mix to combine.
  • Turn heat down to low and let simmer until thick (about 2-5 minutes).
  • Once thick, serve with mini chocolate chips and top with your favorite homemade cookie dough bites.
