- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 medium banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon salted peanuts
- 1/3 cup mixed berries
First, preheat oven to 350ºF then spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the bananas on the bottom of the dish and use a fork to mash them. Then, add in the rest of the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Add the dry ingredients and mix again.
Wipe the sides of your casserole dish to clean things up and then add your favorite toppings. We're giving measurements for what we used in the 4 quadrants, but you can use whatever your heart desires.
Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked in the middle. Remove from oven and let cool.*
- Turn this recipe into baked oatmeal cups by using a muffin tin. Fill each muffin around 3/4 of the way full and bake at 350ºF for about 18-20 minutes.
