Add the peanut butter, oat milk, and maple syrup to a bowl and stir all of the ingredients together until the mixture is homogeneous. Then, add the cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to the mixture and stir until combined.
Cover the chia seed mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Transfer the chia seed mixture to a high-speed blender and blend the mixture until blended, thick, and creamy.
