Ingredients

  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce any kind
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ ounce sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Place the cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix to combine. Transfer to an oven-safe single-serve container.

Notes

  • ¼ cup of vegetables can be added to this recipe in step 2. We tried minced bell pepper and onions.
  • Marinara sauce can be used in place of pizza sauce.
