- ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
- ¼ cup pizza sauce any kind
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ ounce sliced pepperoni
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Place the cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix to combine. Transfer to an oven-safe single-serve container.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
Bake at 425℉ for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
- ¼ cup of vegetables can be added to this recipe in step 2. We tried minced bell pepper and onions.
- Marinara sauce can be used in place of pizza sauce.
