Frozen Peach Bellini Recipe

This frozen peach bellini takes a peachy twist on the the traditional bellini recipe. The frozen peach sorbet gets topped with prosecco ad garnished with a fresh peach slice. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ~1 cup prosecco chilled

Instructions

  • Add the frozen peaches, ice, lemon juice, honey, and water to a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Be careful not to overblend the mixture or it will turn into more of a puree.

  • Separate the peach slush into two champagne glasses. Top with prosecco and garnish with fresh peach slices.

Notes

  • The peaches must be frozen for this recipe. You can use store-bought frozen peaches or buy fresh peaches and freeze them.
  • Make this an NA cocktail by substituting soda water for the prosecco.
