Grilled Broccoli Recipe
You haven't had broccoli quite like this delicious grilled broccoli recipe. Fresh broccoli is seasoned and grilled until charred on the outside and soft on the inside. Enjoy!

- 24 oz. chopped broccoli florets 5-6 cups
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the grill to 400ºF and lay a large piece of tin foil or a grilling basket over direct heat. Drizzle olive oil over the foil or in the basket.
Add the broccoli to a large mixing bowl and add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Massage the oil and spices into the broccoli.
Transfer the broccoli onto the tin foil on the grill. Or, place it into a grill basket. Spread the broccoli out evenly and grill for 5 minutes, toss, and grill for another 5 minutes or until the broccoli begins to char.
Remove from the grill and enjoy.
- Try to chop the broccoli florets into about the same size.
- The smaller the broccoli, the faster it will cook.
- When the broccoli is grilled, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or sprinkle with parmesan for extra flavor.
