- ¼ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lb. shredded chicken we used shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 stalks celery diced
- ¼ large white onion minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mix the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Add the chicken, celery, and onion to the sauce and toss to coat. Top with black pepper.
