Add the matcha powder and water to a separate glass and mix to combine. Set aside.
Place the strawberries and honey simply syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses.
Add ice to fill both glasses. Add 7 oz. of the Core Power protein shake to each glass.
Top each glass with 2 ounces of the matcha mix.
- The amount of Core Power you can add to this drink will depend on glass size. Use a clear glass so you can see all the layers. You can use a spoon or gently pour the Core Power and matcha so they don’t mix immediately.
- The matcha is more concentrated in this recipe because you will mix it with the Core Power once served. You can make it less concentrated by using less matcha powder when you mix it with the water.
