Servings: 12
- 1.5 cups 5% cottage cheese
- ½ cup chocolate Core Power*
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons creamy all-natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
Add the cottage cheese to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth. Add a few teaspoons of water if the cottage cheese is too thick to smooth out.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until combined.
Pour the mixture into a 12-slot silicon popsicle mold. Cover and add popsicle sticks and transfer the popsicles to the freezer. Freeze the popsicles overnight.
To remove the popsicles from the mold, let them sit out for 10 minutes or run the mold under warm water for a few moments.
Remove the popsicle and enjoy. Return the popsicle mold to the freezer until ready to eat again.
- We recommend a higher-fat cottage cheese, as it will leave you with a richer fudgesicle.
- Core Power: Feel free to use 1/2 cup of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of your favorite chocolate protein powder instead.
