Protein Fudgesicles Recipe

These nostalgic protein fudgesicles are made with cottage cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate core power for an absolutely delicious and nutritious frozen treat!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups 5% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup chocolate Core Power*
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons creamy all-natural peanut butter
  • cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth. Add a few teaspoons of water if the cottage cheese is too thick to smooth out.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until combined.

  • Pour the mixture into a 12-slot silicon popsicle mold. Cover and add popsicle sticks and transfer the popsicles to the freezer. Freeze the popsicles overnight.

  • To remove the popsicles from the mold, let them sit out for 10 minutes or run the mold under warm water for a few moments.
  • Remove the popsicle and enjoy. Return the popsicle mold to the freezer until ready to eat again.

Notes

  • We recommend a higher-fat cottage cheese, as it will leave you with a richer fudgesicle.
  • Core Power: Feel free to use 1/2 cup of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of your favorite chocolate protein powder instead.
