- 5 cups chopped broccoli ~12 oz.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Spread the broccoli over the baking sheet and drizzle the broccoli with olive oil. Massage the oil into the broccoli with your hands.
Season the broccoli with salt and pepper and massage the broccoli again.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 15-17 minutes, tossing halfway through. Roast the broccoli until the edges of the broccoli have browned.*
Remove the broccoli from the oven and transfer the broccoli to a large serving bowl. Add the lemon juice and parmesan to the broccoli and toss. Serve immediately.
