- 1.5 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Add the orange juice to a tall flute glass.
Then, top with champagne.
Garnish with an orange wedge or peel and enjoy immediately.
Variations
- In the spring, Blood Orange Mimosas by swapping out the orange juice for blood orange juice.
- In the fall, swap the orange juice for apple cider to make an Apple Mimosa. Dip the rim in cinnamon sugar and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
- For the holidays, swap the orange juice for cranberry juice for a festive cranberry mimosa. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.
- You can also add an ounce of your favorite fruit liqueur to your mimosa -- pomegranate liqueur, limoncello, or triple sec are all delicious!
