Ingredients
1cupfrozen pineapple
1cupcanned light coconut milk
1medium frozen banana
Optional: ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth. You may need to add more frozen pineapple or coconut milk depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
