our food truck – hodgepodge
In 2024 we launched our very own food truck called Hodgepodge in collaboration with one of Minnesota’s most popular breweries – Forgotten Star Brewing Co. Hodgepodge is the resident food truck at Forgotten Star, which means it’s parked right outside their taproom.
This collaboration was born from the love of bringing people together, and there’s no better way to do that than over a cold beer and good food with family and friends.

Our menu is a Midwest-inspired, food-for-all kind of menu (and very Fit Foodie). This shines through the variety of menu items, unique midwestern ingredients, and approachable price-point. The menu is developed by the team here at Fit Foodie Finds (looking at you Linley and Rosie)!
You’ll find satisfying burgers, healthy-ish appetizers, and plenty of shareables. And if you’re a beer nerd, we’ll have recommended Forgotten Star tap pairings for each menu item. We even have a kid’s menu and a soft-serve machine 🍦!
