  • Drippy peanut butter: Peanut butter and chocolate just belong together. We like to drip ours over the top of our creami ice cream.
  • Maple syrup: Adds just the right amount of sweetness without refined sugar.

Kitchen Equipment Needed

  • Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker: Obviously, you need a creami to make this ice cream. In our opinion, it’s worth the splurge if you like to make your own frozen treats 😋

Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

We used chunks of our amazing flourless peanut butter protein brownies for this creami protein ice cream. They’re super rich, and pack extra protein!

Don’t Want to Make Your Own Brownies?

You do you, girl! We like using our peanut butter protein brownies for this recipe because it amps up the protein, but 1/2 of any brownie will do. It will, of course, influence the protein per serving, but you’ll still be getting a whopping 26g from the Core Power.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Fill the Creami pint with the core power, place the lid on, and transfer it to the freezer. Make sure that it's on a flat surface so that it can freeze evenly. Freeze overnight or until completely frozen.
  • Remove the lid from the pint container and secure it to your Ninja Creami. Select lite ice cream and let it run for a full cycle. Remove it from the Creami and then make a little well in the center. Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk and re-spin. Once the re-spin cycle is done, create another well in the center and add your brownie chunks. Select mix-ins and let it run an entire cycle.
  • Make the peanut butter caramel sauce by mixing the peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  • Serve topped with more brownie chunks and the caramel sauce.
