Happy Wednesday frands! Monique and I are back with the last workout as part of the Body Sculpt Series that we did on our Princess Cruise a few weeks ago! This one was my favorite out of all 4…aka the hardest. From start to finish (minus your warm up and cool down) it should take you around a half and hour to complete. All you need is a dumbbell (I used an 8 lber.) and lots of water and your on you way to having an effective sweat sesh in the gym, at home, or on vacation!
Got 30 minutes? Go hard for a half an hour and do this full-body workout mixing lower body, upper body, and cardio so that you’ll feel the burn the next day!
Full-Body Slimmer (Body Sculpt Series)
Do each exercise 16 times with no breaks in between. Once the circuit is complete, rest for 30 seconds and then move into the next round (14, 12, 10, 8, 6).
Cross Body Snatch: Begin standing with your feet hip-width apart, holding the dumbbell in your right hand. Keeping your shoulders back and chest lifted, lower down into a squat, tapping the dumbbell on the ground. Then, explode back up into standing, snatching the dumbbell into a shoulder press. Repeat 16 times on the right side and then 16 times on the left. Continue for each round.
Sumo Squats: Begin with feet in a wide stance with your toes pointing slightly outward. Keeping your shoulders back and chest lifted, hold a dumbbell in between your legs. On the inhale, lower down, tapping the dumbbell on the ground and on the exhale, explode up, squeezing your glutes at the top. Remember to keep the weight in your heels!
Punches: Begin in a scissor stance with the weight in your right hand. Bring both hands to chest. On the inhale punch with your lefthand and on the exhale punch with your right hand. Keep your core engaged and movements tight. Repeat 16 times on the right side and then 16 times on the left. Continue for each round.
Iron Jumps: Begin standing with your feet hip-width apart. Lower down into a squat keeping your chest lifted and shoulders back. Tap the floor with your fingers and explode up into a jump, tapping your heels to your bum.

Switching gears a bit…it’s always kind of fun to look back on vacay pics and see myself wearing things other than workout clothes. I scored some great deals on some fun outfits and I thought I’d share with you where I got each one! This will also give you a sense of how much I love 1. rompers/onesies 2. Target and 3. Target. Yes, Target twice because I love it so much.
The style amongst the other passengers on the ship was all over the boards. Some went big and some kept it casual. I actually prefer there was such an array because I could really dress it up one night and keep it cash the next.
For my “dressy” outfits- I like to stay as comfortable as possible…and if I can wear a sports bra under my shirt and still look classy, that is a huge bonus…but seriously. I love high-waisted skirts and outfits that feel like pajamas.
Dinner Outfits
1. Don’t Be Basic Tank – Target | Black Lace Skirt – Maison Jules (Macy’s) | Gold Sandals – Merona/Target
2. Black Jumpsuit – Mossimo/Target | Gold Bar Necklace | Corepower Yoga Edina | Black Sandals | Sanuk
3. Blue Dress | Macy’s | Cream Necklace | Francesca’s | Gold Sandals – Merona/Target
4. Black Dress | Rachel Roy (Macy’s) | Black Flats – Target | Black Leather Clutch – Madewell | Necklace – GroopDealz
If I wasn’t in a swim suit…I was most likely in a romper or high wasted skirt. I never thought I’d jump on the crop top bandwagon, but I feel like I classily worked it into my wardrobe. I’m not about showing my belly button, but an inch of bare skin is okay in my mind! OH! I picked up my first sun hat in St. Maarten! I was getting a wee bit overheated and an $18 hot did the trick!
Keepin’ it Cash
1. Romper – Target | Yoga Mat Black Sandals – Sanuk | Hat – St. Maarten Stand
2. Skirt – LOFT | Black Tank – LOFT |Gold Sandals – Merona/Target
3. Romper – LOFT | Sweater – Gap | Silver Sandals – Havianas
4. Black Lace Skirt – Maison Jules (Macy’s) | Shirt – Target |Silver Sandals – Havianas
Well, that’s all for now! I hope you guys are as excited for Spring fashion as I am. Ever since I got home from the cruise all I want to do is wear sandals!

Hi Lee..I am new to your site and loving it! Quick question on the workout posted….I understand the first round is 16 reps.. but how many total rounds? 16 in each round? Thanks so much!
Hi lady! I am so sorry that was unclear. So the first round is 16 reps, and the second round is 14 reps. It goes all the way down to 6 reps and then you are done! Does that make more sense?
Your black lace skirt is so cute! I totally want one for myself. And I agree, I like wearing “real” clothes that are almost just as comfy as workout clothes… which is why I’m always in dresses and sandals!
Cheersssss to always wanting to wear pajamas.
I’m going to have to give this workout a try over the weekend.
That blue dress is my favorite!
It’s such a great sweat sessionnnn!
I am in love with all those jumpsuits and rompers!!
So easyyyy to pack.
LOVE all your outfits, especially those necklaces.
I love everything you wore! Also, you are really making me wish that I could pull off a jumpsuit!
You totally could! Yah just need a wittle confidence!

Thanks. Target is my BFF.
These look like some simple exercises even I can do! Great job on the pictures. I feel like I know exactly how to do them. Looks like they are working out well for you. ๐

<3 Thanks lady!
Tank tops and sandals have been worn almost every day down here in Houston and I LOVE it…I’m enjoying this Spring weather as much as possible before that summer heat comes blasting in!
Gahh I’m so jealous. It was like 42 degrees yesterday. WHOMP. I’m still wearing boots and a jacket.
