Peanut butter and jelly overnight oats are a fun twist on classic overnight oats. Not only does this recipe remind me of a PB and J sandwich, but it’s nutritious and made with whole grains and chia seeds.

What You Need

overnight oats

Variations

  • Protein powder: if you’re looking to add more protein to your breakfast, try adding 2 tablespoons of your favorite protein powder.
  • Swap the jam for berries: not a huge jam fan? Use mashed berries instead.
  • Use peanut powder instead of peanut butter: a commenter asked if you could use peanut flour/pb2 instead of peanut butter and you absolutely can. We recommend swapping 1:1 and then adding a bit more liquid to make sure it’s not too thick.

I’m a 32DDD so yeah, I feel you! It is incredibly difficult to find clothes that fit right and I’ve basically resigned to feeling disproportionate for the rest of my life 🙂 Don’t even get me started on bathing suits or sports bras and cute little yoga shirts? Not gonna happen. The good news is, every time I have admitted my size to another female, they are totally shocked so I guess it’s not as overt as I think it is 🙂

I am anti jelly haha. So i would definitely be skipping that part for more strawberries. My husband loves it though and sometimes he will try to get me to eat it especially if it is a special kind like the black raspberry jelly his aunt made. But I still think it is weird and gross. I also almost always heat up my overnight oats. Not so they are hot but just so they are warm!

I also have large tatas and they can definitely get in the way when I am working out! I went to Soma for the first time last month and found out I was wearing the really wrong size. I went down a band size and up 2 cup sizes. My bra definitely feels a lot better now though!

One of my best friends had the same type of issue & ended up getting a reduction since it was much needed! She said it was the best decision she’s made for her body & health since she’s very fit but still had discomfort!

What a beautiful looking jar of oats 🙂 I love that you layered the strawberries at the bottom. I would take one of these in a second!

So you don’t put yogurt into your overnight oats? I like th thicker texture it gives the oatmeal!
Can you imagine that I’ve never had a real pb&j sandwich?? It’s not a thing here in Germany – not at all! Like apparantely all cool things from the US… PB for example only got famous over the couple last years now, and other nut butters are just starting to popping up in health food stores (but are insanely expensive!). But on the other hand, we have quark! Ha! 😀

I think bra shopping sucks universally and I’m between an A and B! Funny story – last year I was bra shopping for my wedding dress and the girl at Victoria Secret looked at me before sizing me and said I was definitely a D cup. Umm no more like an A!

BTW do you ever make your overnight oats in almost empty peanut butter jars? I have a stash and my husband thinks I’m crazy! He just doesn’t understand.
