extra firm tofu
gochujang
honey
rice vinegar
soy sauce
sesame oil
fish sauce
garlic powder
cornstarch
avocado oil
Drain
Drain liquid from tofu, place on plate & wrap in towel. Place a heavy dish on top for 1 hour to remove moisture. Combine marinade ingredients & set aside!

Marinate
After 1 hour, slice tofu into cubes. Add to sauce & let marinate for 30 min. Preheat air fryer to 400 & spray basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place tofu in air fryer.

Drizzle
Drizzle marinade & avocado oil over each cube. Cook for 10 minutes at 400ºF, tossing at 5 minutes. While cooking, mix mayo sauce & set aside.

Serve
When the tofu is browned remove them from the air fryer and let the rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving with the mayo sauce.
