Whether you’re getting ready for pumpkin season or secretly missing it, because, let’s be honest, pumpkin spice is delicious any time of the year. That’s why I created this super easy, delicious dip. You only need a few ingredients like plain Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup!

The best part about this dip is that you can use whatever you like for dipping! I served it with some apple slices and pretzels, but pretty much any vessel will work. Some great options are graham crackers, gingersnap cookies, or nilla wafers for the ultimate easy snack!

What’s in Greek Yogurt Pumpkin Dip?

So this pumpkin yogurt dip. It’s really easy and really great if you have some leftover pumpkin sitting around! It’s husband approved, and I guarantee the kids will like it, too! Here’s what you need:

  • Non-fat plain Greek yogurt: The high protein stuff. We used non-fat, but you can use a higher fat percentage if you like!
  • Pumpkin puree: We use real pumpkin for this recipe to give it that vibrant orange hue and pumpkin flavor.
  • Pumpkin pie spice: A combination of warm spices like cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and nutmeg. Gives the dip some warmth and that classic pumpkin pie flavor. Try our homemade pumpkin pie spice.
  • Maple syrup: Sweetens the dip and gives it those classic fall vibes. Use pure maple syrup if you can!

Creamy Pumpkin Dip Variations

Instead of using plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, swap it out with some vanilla yogurt for a little extra sweetness. If you want to create a more indulgent treat, add some cream cheese to make pumpkin cheesecake dip!

A Few Tips

  • Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight to let it set and allow the flavors to meld together.
  • For a more luscious recipe, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • You can make your own pumpkin pie spice or use store-bought.
