Favorite Overnight Oats

I think this is my favorite overnight oats that we’ve ever come up with. Well, chocolate for breakfast is an absolute no-brainer and these overnight oats are so creamy and chocolatey.

Furthermore, the strawberries are the perfect cherry on top. They are like little bursts of flavor that are fresh, sweet, and so delicious.

I just can’t get enough.

Fun Fact #6 was going to be the fact that I am a shitty speller…but then I realized you all already know that so…..

Fun Fact #6: I swear like a sailor.

For those that know me in real life, they know I have a giant potty mouth. I reallllllly try and hold back the swears on the blog because I know some people are offended by stuff like that, but I just can’t help it. My humor is pretty raunchy…lots of Rated R jokes that involve balls, boobs, and sex. Oops. I also say the eff word a lot…which I am trying to tone down! It’s all in good humor, though…I promise! ๐Ÿ˜€ Like yesterday’s fact…I feel like my swearing and humor are partially hereditary…thanks Mom!

So tell me…are you a swearer or more prim and proper?

Full on potty mouth here…Although it comes in waves. Some days I am better than others, but other times it is slightly out of control. Also depends on who I am around. HA! Chocolate and strawberries is absolutely delicious!

Hey Lee!

I’ve been following FFF since 2011 and I just wanted to say you have great creativity. I noticed you do a lot of fun/simple recipes which is wonderful. Also, a lot of other blogs have become so fancy and polished which, counter intuitively, I find less appealing. I understand they want to look professional, but it also increases the gap between the reader and writer, and seems more artificial. I’d rather just go read a magazine then. I like that you retain your personality and keep the character.

Also, I’m a Minnesotan living in Louisiana, so I’m totally biased, but whatever. Keep up what you’re doing!

Choc covered strawberry oatmeal?!!! This actually sounds like the best flavor and texture combo. And last night I bought a big bag of oats because I wanted to make everything from this week. I plan on living off of oatmeal this weekend ๐Ÿ˜‰ And yes ma’am, I swear like a sailor and also have my mom to thank for that one!

Everyone says they don’t expect it from me, but I swear like a sailor in real life, too. I’ve tried to tone it down (and been mildly successful), but as long as it’s in good humor I don’t worry about it too much.

You are both a terrible speller and completely R rated in your humour. It’s why I’ve been obsessed with you since day one. Something about dem blonde midwesterners who can’t spell. Makes my heart putter!

I am totally cracking up about the potty mouth. IRL I am like that too but totally tone it down for the blog since people email me about it when I let it fly. Love these oats!!!
