This two-ingredient, bacon-wrapped brussel sprouts recipe is the perfect appetizer for a delicious Thanksgiving feast. They are healthy, easy to make, and oh so tasty!
Thanksgiving is hands down my favorite holiday and always has been! Love me the combination of food and family. #theresnothingbetter My lovely blogger friends and I are back with a Thanksgiving recipe collaboration. This month we focused on whole foods sans gluten, dairy, grains, and sugar.

I got assigned the appetizer and my recipe includes bacon. Because why not. Scroll all the way down for that recipe. For now, let’s take a lookski at what everyone else made.
Davida from The Healthy Maven made Paleo Pumpkin Pie with Pumpkin Seed Crust

Lexi from Lexi’s Clean Kitchen made Paleo Biscuits.

Taylor from Food, Faith, Fitness made Maple Curry Roasted Sweet Potatoes.

I went crazy with my recipe and used two whole ingredients (plus salt and pepper). It can’t get much tastier and easier than this one, guys! This Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts Recipe is GOLD!

Side note: apparently Davida just started liking bacon. What thaaaaaaa.
Now she eats it like twice a day.

You could use any flavor of bacon you desire…like an Apple Maple Smoked Bacon, man, that would have been delish!
I prepared myself for a giant greasy mess, but the bacon in the oven actually didn’t produce as much grease as pan frying. Few.

If I were a piece of girl bacon, I’d totally hit on this boy bacon.
Yah, I didn’t get that joke either but I just went with it, okay.

You can even make bacon and brussels sprout pops out of this recipe.
Who needs a cake pop when you can have a bacon pop?!

Everything is so nicely described that really helped me. A huge thumbs up for you. I am looking for more of such inspiring recipes in coming future too.
Delish! So easy and a crowd pleaser!
I couldn’t find the tutorial on simply cooking BACON in the oven.
These were awesome. My most favorite part of my Thanksgiving dinner this year. But I would suggest cutting the bacon in half because using the full length strip was too much bacon so that the inner part of the bacon didn’t get crispy. I also think the half a strip makes the sprouts get cooked better. But I am so in love with these.
Hey Becky! Great suggestion!
Super delicious! Thanks for sharing!
I have to admit that brussel sprouts is not something I normally buy but I might get started now 🙂
Looks nice…! But, since when bacon is a healthy option?
Wegman’s has bacon that is low fat, low sodium. 60 calories for 3 slices!
I had brussel sprouts for the first time last week — chopped up in a salad. They were delish!! I love these little bacon ones… on my Christmas to-do list!
Now that’s a good looking feast! I”m thinking my kids would be VERY willing to eat Brussels sprouts if I wrapped them in bacon.
😀 Bacon makes the world go round.
I love the Thanksgiving ideas you shared and the brussels sprouts wrapped in bacon are my favorite! Can’t wait to try them!
SO EASY! You’ll have to let me know if you try them 😀
This is another great way to use bacon in a healthy way (HA). Love it!
Bacon and brussels are so perfect together! I love that you wrapped the bacon around them, such a great appetizer!
How can you top brussels sprouts wrapped in bacon?! YUM!
I KNOW! 2 of the best things on earth in one!
Perrrrfect combo!
😀 😀 😀 If you lived close to me we would eat these all day erry day.
I never would have thought to wrap brussel sprouts in bacon, not in a million years. Now that it’s been thought, it’s impossible to undo!
It’s a MUST!!!!! This recipe rocks!
Yummmm this all looks so good. Davida and I have something in common (yet another thing, actually!)… because I just started liking bacon as well after not eating it for about 15 years straight! What I was thinking, I don’t know… but bacon + brussels may as well be the best recipe of all time because those are two of my very favs combined!!!
Hate bacon… but these look pretty good 😀 I just roasted some brussels today with maple syrup and coconut oil – yumyum!!
Poo on you. 😀
Bacon-wrapped brussels sprouts? Say what?!! Love how cute they look. They’ll definitely convert those who are iffy about brussels sprouts!
The first time I tried brussels I HATED them, but that’s because I over steamed them. Roasting them in the oven is THE BEST…specially with bacon 😉
So, I totally laughed at your girl bacon / boy bacon joke. So apparently I got it haha
I don’t eat pork but I’m definitely gonna attempt these with turkey bacon. I’ll keep ya posted.
😀 😀 😀 Turkey bacon for the winnnn!!!!
These look ah.maz.ing! I love the uniqueness and originality of your recipe. Definitely the new cake pop for sure. Starbucks better watch out! : D
😀 That would be hilarious if they started serving these instead of cake pops. One day.
