I love coffee anything so this caught my attention. I did tweak it just a littleโ€ฆ..added protein powder, used maple syrup in lieu of brown sugar and used coconut milk because thatโ€™s what I had and used instant Cafe Bustelo espresso. Wow, was this ever good! I will make again and again!!

Thank you for this recipe! It has quickly become one of my favorite breakfasts. I usually add a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips and some collagen powder for protein and it always keeps me full for hours.

This was delicious! I struggle eating overnight oats, I can’t get used to the coldness, but I was hoping this would be good because I love iced coffee. This is definitely a recipe that I am going to keep.

Love this Starbucks + overnight oats mashup! The brown sugar and espresso flavor is delicious. It makes a really quick and tasty breakfast I can grab from the fridge in the morning, and I’ve been experimenting with different mix-ins likes nuts and coconut to add more texture.
