Rosé Sangria FTW
I feel like over the past 2 years rosé has gotten quite popular, and I’m not mad one bit! It’s actually a really refreshing and nummy wine. Plus, it’s pink. 😛 My sister had a delicious bottle of Portada (I had never had it before) when we made this, and we picked up some Skaalvenn White Rum (MN-Made!) as well. Yum num num! Don’t forget about juicy peaches and strawberries…KEY.Rosé Sangria Ingredients
Rose (of course!): Feel free to choose your favorite rose! If you like things a little sweeter, grab a bottle of sweet rose instead of a dry variety. White Rum: We recommend white rum for a proper sangria, but if you don’t have any on hand, vodka will work as well. Fresh Strawberries and Peaches: Let the sliced fruit soak for a bit before serving to give it time to infuse their delicious flavors into your sangria. Can of Fresca: Soda (or pop, if you’re from the midwest like us!) gives this sangria just a touch of fizziness. If you don’t have Fresca, Sprite will work as well. Can I Make a Double Batch?
This is a great drink recipe to double (or even triple!) to serve a crowd! Simply multiply each of the ingredients and make using the same instructions. Serve in a large drink dispenser with ice or an extra large pitcher or two.More Drink Recipes
