These are so delicious and creamy- I’ve literally eaten them every day for the last week. Definitely use their recipe for the pumpkin pie spice- it makes a huge difference!
This was my first overnight oats recipe and now I’m hooked! I was a little nervous to try chia seeds since every time I’ve had them they have been slimy, but now I can’t live without them in my oats! It turns my overnight oats into a delicious breakfast custard that I eat every morning now. So far I’ve tried 3 different recipes, and I’m excited to try more!
I absolutely loved this recipe! I did add just a little bit of protein powder to up the protein content. But besides that I stuck to the recipe and will definitely be making it again soon!
