Today I am partnering with Yoplait, a local Minnesota brand to bring you the most DELICIOUS parfait you will ever eat. Ask anyone who knows me IRL- I’m a vanilla Greek yogurt kind of girl. Why? I love that it’s slightly sweet, yet not too overpowering. I almost ALWAYS choose vanilla over plain (unless I’m using it in a savory recipe).

This parfait layers a healthy peanut butter chocolate mouse with fresh fruit and a few dark chocolate chips. So what do you need for the mousse? GET THIS- only three ingredients.

You wouldn’t guess by looking at the above ingredients…but this stuff tastes EXACTLY like peanut butter chocolate mousse. The consistency is right on and the flavor is out of this world.

I love that Yoplait Greek 100 Vanilla has 13g of protein per serving. My motto- when in doubt, choose a snack that’s high in protein. Can’t go wrong with Greek yogurt…especially one that is perfectly portioned for a single serving.

If you want even more protein- you can sub the cocoa powder for chocolate protein powder. GENIUS. Now that is how you 1-up your cup!
