And this vegan overnight oats recipe is oh so flavorful and easy to make! Chocolate + chai is like banana + peanut butter. It just works. Especially in the fall and winter. Ya feel me?

It was very good super tasty and I really liked the texture. I paired it with some blueberries to add fruit to my breakfast.
I’d add more chia seeds next time to make it creamier and I think it won’t be my go-to for everyday breakfast just because the flavor was a bit too strong for me.

Chocolate oatmeal is one of my favorite variations of oatmeal! Great for breakfast, but tastes like dessert. Mixing chai into the flavor definitely will elevate its fall element. Really, anything complements chocolate!

Do you think rolled/old-fashioned oats would work as well?
