A low-carb rice alternative that's naturally vegan and gluten-free!

WHAT YOU NEED

You only need one ingredient for cauliflower rice - cauliflower! You'll also need a high-speed food processor.

HOW TO:

Pulse cauliflower in food processor until it turns into small, riced pieces. If you over-process, it may turn into cauliflower paste. This is no good!

LET IT SIT

Then, let  cauliflower rice sit in a paper towel-lined bowl for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.

Serve cauliflower rice next to a stir fry, make cauliflower pizza crust, or cauliflower fried rice!
