Celebrate your birthday the right way and start off with these HEALTHY Birthday Cake Batter Overnight Oats. They’re prepped in less than 5 minutes and packed with healthy ingredients.
If you don’t like sprinkles, I don’t know if we can be friends. I remember as a kid when I would visit my grandparents in Chicago they would take us to Ben and Jerry’s. Every time I would order a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a cone with a cup of extra extra sprinkles on the side so that I could dip. Yes, I said extra extra because ever bite of ice cream desserts sprinkles.

- Better Oats Organic Rolled Oats (because rolled oats in overnight oats is the best)
- chia seeds
- Greek yogurt
- almond milk
- vanilla extract
Like I’ve mentioned in many overnight oat recipes, old fashioned oats are the way to go! They are going to give you that chewy delicious text you love and soak up just enough liquid. If you want to double or triple the batch for some meal prep or to share, go for it! The one thing we suggest (and you will see this in the video) is adding the sprinkles right before serving. If you let the sprinkles sit in the fridge over night, they will bleed and your oatmeal will turn a brown/green color. Ain’t nobody want that to happen.
These oats will last around 4 days in the fridge…in case you were wondering 😀
Birthday Cake Batter Overnight Oatmeal
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 2 hours
- Total Time: 2 hours 5 minutes
- Yield: 2
- Place all ingredients (except sprinkles) into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge, mix sprinkles into oats and Enjoy!
**Feel free to double this recipe.
**It should stay good refrigerated for up to 3-4 days.
**Depending on how thick you like your overnight oats, you may add a splash of almond milk before serving.
