We can’t get enough of this hot and sweet firecracker sauce! You’ll find us pouring it over chicken thighs to make our crispy firecracker chicken, or even tossing with shrimp or using as a marinade for salmon recipes.

How to Make Firecracker Sauce
Making your own firecracker sauce is as easy as 1-2-3 in 5 minutes flat!
Mix Ingredients
Add all of the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and mix until combined. Be sure the honey is thoroughly mixed in.
Pour into container with a lid
Pour the firecracker sauce from the bowl into a mason jar or another container with a lid.
Store or Use
Set aside and either use immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up t o 2 weeks.

Top Tips
Make a large batch: triple this recipe and use it as a marinade, or add it to meat and seafood proteins all week long.
Use clear filtered honey: raw honey will solidify faster, so we don’t recommend using it for this firecracker sauce recipe.
Spice to your liking: love things a little hotter? Feel free to up the sriracha and chili sauce. Hoping for a sweeter firecracker sauce? Increase the honey. This is your sauce, so taste and then spice to your liking.

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili sauce
- 2 teaspoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and mix until combined. Be sure the honey is thoroughly mixed in.
- Pour sauce into a large mason jar, tightly seal the cover, and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
