What You Need
We packed this smoothie with healthy ingredients that are accessible to everyone! Let’s break down all of the ingredients and why they are healthy!
- Blueberries- You can find blueberries in most of the frozen sections at the grocery store! They are packed with fiber, potassium, and vitamin C!
- Ground Flaxseed– Say hello to the nutrient-packed ground flaxseed! Flaxseed is known for being super high in fiber and omega 3 fatty acids!
- Spinach- You don’t have to be forced by your mom to eat your spinach! When you blend spinach into a smoothie you can’t even taste it! Spinach is packed with protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals. WOWWY.
- Greek yogurt- Greek yogurt is the key to making smoothies creamy! Greek yogurt is also loaded with protein!
- Almond Milk- When it comes to milk alternatives, we are big fans of almond milk! Almond milk just happens to be high in protein and low in calories, too!

Do you have the nutritional info for this?
I found your post because I wanted to know how much flaxseed to put in my smoothie. I really enjoyed reading and seeing your pictures! Thank you😊
I have a drink like this about 6 days a week, I jammed spinach in my blending cup, at least one heaping tablespoon of ground flax seed, top it off with frozen blue berries and pour Old Orchard Healthy Balance Grape Juice (very low in sugar) over it. SOOOOO good
Really liked the flavors. Didn’t really notice the spinach, but liked getting the extra vitamins from the greens. This smoothly kept me really satisfied for many hours. Thanks for posting it!
So glad you loved it!
Easy and helthy smoothie. I’ll give it a try.
Hi Lee,
I was wondering if you could tell me how many calories are in the Blueberry Flax Superfood smoothie?

More for you 🙂
I use a mixture of flax, psyllium and chia to make an overnight blueberry, yogurt, organic coconut meal… Nice to see I’m not alone!!
