Thank God! A use for the coconut flour that’s sitting in my pantry that I HAD TO BUY. I don’t eat eggs, any substitute? Also, I’m out of maple syrup which is a huge bummer. Do you think honey would work instead or would the taste be off/gross? TY!
Honey would definitely work! The egg is pretty important for the raising of the cake, but you could try a flax egg! Sorry I’m not much help in that department!
You had me until the microwaving part. No thanks. Big bummer.
what maple syrup do you use?
I use the Kirkland brand from Costco! Any 100% maple syrup is good.
Hahaha, I love the “holy Hannah Montana”!! I agree…how has Labor Day already passed??!? AND I can totally relate to being traumatized at a young age with scary movies! I CANNOT and WILL NOT ever be able to watch even a slightly scary movie. Aghhh. I have to try this mug cake…LOVE chocolate gooey goodness and love baking with coconut flour ๐

That blob of almond butter is calling my name.
I’m on the fence about scary movies, typically I can’t suspend disbelief long enough to believe a lot of the shenanagins.
Actually drooling, I can’t wait to try this! ๐ xx

NOM I need to make this! I have all the ingredients on hand and I survived my son’s first body party so I deserve it! PS I hate scary movies too. And there is something about corn mazes that makes me feel like a crazy person. The thought of not being able to escape when I need to FREAKS ME OUT. I have a hard time with elevators for Pete’s sake!
I think corn mazes make you feel crazy because everyone around you is crazy. Like legit crazy.
