what you need:
seasonings ground chicken white onion garlic carrots celery crushed tomatoes tomato paste Worcestershire rotini pasta
Combine seasonings in a bowl. Heat dutch oven & add oil. Add ground chicken & break into small pieces. Add spices. Cook for 5 min. Remove & place in a bowl.
Keep any oil in the Dutch oven. Add one more tablespoon of olive oil. Add the onion & salt. Saute for 4-5 min. Then add veggies & allow to cook for 2 more minutes.
Add sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Add chicken back into pot, mix, & turn the heat down to low. Simmer uncovered for 1.5 hours. Stir periodically.
Once simmered, remove from heat and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes. While sauce is resting, prepare pasta. Serve sauce over pasta and top with parmesan and chopped basil.
