Perfect sugar cookie cut-outs for Valentine's day!

These healthy sugar cookies are made with coconut flour and almond flour and are sweetened with honey. That's right, no sugar involved!

HEALTHY INGREDIENTS

ROLL OUT DOUGH

Once your dough has been formed and chilled, roll it out to 1/4-inch thickness. Make sure to flour your surface with coconut flour first.

ROLL OUT DOUGH

Use small/medium cookie cutters to cut out around 20 cookies. Transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

BAKE

Bake healthy sugar cookies at 350ºF for around 8-10 minutes. Transfer them to a cooling rack to cool for at least 30 minutes.
