  • Fresh basil- You want to add a few leaves of fresh basil to the middle of each chicken breast.
  • Sun dried tomatoes- Sun dried tomatoes come in a few different forms; dried and soaked in oil. Be sure to get the sun dried tomatoes in oil, they have the best flavor!

I have stuffed chicken breast before, with feta cheese and arugula or something like this. And my Family was indeed impressed ๐Ÿ˜‰ The Caprese combo sounds pretty amazing!

This looks great! I’ve done Jalapeรฑo Popper chicken, stuffing the chicken breasts with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar, and pickled jalapeรฑos. I didn’t have any string so I used toothpicks to keep the chicken rolled up. Your recipe is next on the menu!

This looks amazing and fairly simple to do. I have never made stuffed anything but these look simple enough to try sometime. I love how you made garlic zucchini noodles to go with the dish. That’s my favorite way to eat zucchini noodles. I use my spiralizer weekly. Definitely one of the best birthday gifts I have received.

I don’t use my spiralizer enough. Defs not enough. What’s your favorite veggie to spiralize?!

My favorite veggie to spiralize is cucumber. I just love how quick it is to spiralize it and throw into salads. Zucchini is one of my favorites too.
