This peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie is a tasty and healthy twist on your favorite childhood classic. Plus it is the perfect post-workout snack packed with protein and deliciousness.
Peanut Butter and Jelly. Has there ever been a more perfect combination? I mean REALLY. Don’t get me wrong there are so many flavor combinations out there that really make the pallet sing, but peanut butter and jelly is a classic and you just can’t go wrong!
No matter what age you are, peanut butter and jelly brings you back. As an adult, I try to think of ways to get creative with peanut butter and jelly! These Pb and J Swirl Energy Balls are one of my favorite on-the-go snacks and taste just like a PB and J sandwich!
This peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie is my go-to smoothie because I can mix it up, add some protein, and be ready for the day in no time. And? I love that this smoothie tastes like a childhood favorite, but it’s also a healthy post-workout treat! Or just a perfect high protein breakfast or snack option. At Fit Foodie HQ we love Organic Valley Protein Powder, It has great flavor and we tend to stick with whey protein!
Go back to your favorite childhood combo and make this peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie breakfast this week!

Love your article. Gotta try this amazing smoothie once.
Yum. Made it today for lunch. I was wondering if it can be made with PB powder to cut the calories a little bit more?
Omg this is delicious!

This looks delicious! I’ll have to add it to my smoothie rotation. Question: Do you think I could sub in Peanut Butter powder instead of “real” peanut butter?
Hey Rusty! I think that should be fine!
Hi there, just found what sounds like the perfect smoothie…thanks for this…PB and J are kind of my staple food. How would I go about removing some of the salt content (Im sure it’s the PB)… any suggestions for lessoning it would be appreciated.
Thanks
I would suggest making your own peanut butter with no salt, or just buying salt free pb!
Hi, I am most anxious to try out you smoothie, and other recipes. They look divine! Yum!
Since I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, I was hoping you might know of a Canadian supplier of your needed “whey product”, please let me know ASAP, as I really want to get started!
Sincerely.
Joyce K.
Hi Joyce! Any whey protein powder will work!

The smoothie might be tasty, but I won’t try it. Why? Because the photo is off putting. The picture is messy not artistic. You look like a nice lady; to bad the pb and j smoothie looks like a 4 yr old got into the kitchen without supervision.

What is your favorite combination or type of berries to get the most authentic PB&J flavor?
I would say strawberries + raspberries + blueberries!
This is fantastic! Love it and glad I found it through Eat This Not That! Really tastes like a PB&J sammie! Without the guilt! Yum!! Thanks!

Woohoo! So glad you found me 😀
Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is important and all. But
think of if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more,
“pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and
clips, this website could definitely be one of the very best in its
niche. Good blog!
I was a little skeptical if this would actually taste like PB&J but made it this morning and YUM! It truly tastes like PB&J
YES! Glad to hear you loved it. I could eat a PJ and J every single day. There’s really nothing better!
Great post but I was wondering if you could write a
litte more on this topic? I’d be very thankful if you
could elaborate a little bit more. Appreciate it!
Wow the looks SOOO good. I’m a PB&J junkie!
