With Sunday football back in action, this Skinny Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Dip makes for the most perfect appetizer. It’s made with a non-fat Greek yogurt base, pureed roasted red peppers, and goat cheese!
Anyone else have a significant other who is OBSESSED with fantasy football? Not only is Mark really in to sports, but he’s a stats guy. Like, he could do Excel in his sleep. I, on the other hand, have no idea how to work Excel and he makes fun of me for it 😛 Anyways, I am fascinated by his fascination of fantasy football. He’s in multiple leagues and is always analyzing sports data. I’m trying to compare it to something I’m super obsessed with and the only thing I could think of is the weather.
Anyone want to start a fantasy weather league?
YAH. We could make this Skinny Roasted Red Pepper Dip and watch the Doppler together and make bets on if it’s actually going to rain or not.
😀
I know there are people out there who FEEL ME on this one.
While your sig oth is sweating his balls off watching football, you should make this dip and not share any of it with him. JK. You can share it.
Lin and I both loved this recipe and so did the rest of my building. We brought it to one of my building happy hours and everyone raved about it! It’s made with a Greek yogurt + roasted red pepper + goat cheese base. Add in some citrus and spices and you’ve got yourself a creamy dip perfectly paired with crackers of bread.

Happy Sunday, friendssssssss!
I had a crazy busy weekend filled with 2 weddings. I’ll be back later this week to tell you all about it 😀
Delicious! Will definitely make again.
Looks amazing! Sadly both Boyfriend and I have to stay away from dairy products, hope you’ll share a dairy free version some day 😉
I was literally JUST saying how the only thing about football season that gets me excited is the food (while the boyf shouts passionately at an inanimate object). This dip would be a perfect condiment for wraps too. Love it!
YES!!! Wraps or even on a sammich.
This looks absolutely amazing! Roasted peppers and goat cheese are two of my favorite things. I’ll definitely be making this soon.
WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER
My boyfriend is football obsessed too! I could care less about the game, but I’ll all about the food at the parties. I’ll have to try this one.. Looks DELICIOUS
