Why you'll love it:
This is a lighter take on traditional beef meatloaf but is just as flavorful and delicious!
what you need:
olive oil yellow onion garlic eggs whole milk ketchup worcestershire sauce ground turkey plain bread crumbs salt & black pepper garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a loaf pan. Saute onion and garlic. Set aside. Whisk the eggs & then add milk, ketchup, and worcestershire sauce. Whisk together.
Add the turkey, bread crumbs, seasonings, sautéed onion and garlic. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together. Do not overwork.
Transfer the turkey mixture to the lined loaf pan. Bake meatloaf for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup over the top.
Place the meatloaf back in the oven for 20 more minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
