kosher salt cracked black pepper garlic powder light brown sugar red pepper flakes
Add all of the ingredients for the steak seasoning into a jar or small bowl.
Mix and store until ready to season steaks.
Season both sides of the steaks. Massage the seasoning into the steaks & be sure they are completely coated. Let steaks sit at room temp. for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
