Let me tell you, I am absolutely OBSESSED with eggs for breakfast, and for good reason! Not only are they packed with protein to kickstart your day, but they’re also incredibly EASY to cook and oh-so-VERSATILE. Seriously, you can whip up a delicious egg dish in no time, whether you’re in the mood for scrambled, fried, or even poached!

If you ask me, I prefer my eggs scrambled with cheese but eggs over-medium are a close second! Regardless of how you like your eggs, they pair perfectly with just about anything – from crispy bacon to fresh veggies to gooey cheese… the possibilities are endless!

This is so good. I am eating it now for breakfast. I have never eaten in this way. These ways made the prep even easier for this dish. This is definitely on my rotation for breakfast. I am so full off of this meal and it is delicious! Thank you so much.

Now I have a hard time choosing which to make first… 😉

I usually eat a sweet dessert (overnight oats or chia pudding after a fruity smoothie), but in the weekends I like a savoury brunch with eggs!
