Best Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

Peanut Butter and Jelly. Has there ever been a more perfect combination? I mean REALLY. Don’t get me wrong there are so many flavor combinations out there that really make the palate sing, but peanut butter and jelly is a classic and you just can’t go wrong!

No matter what age you are, peanut butter and jelly brings you back. As an adult, I try to think of ways to get creative with peanut butter and jelly. These Pb and J Swirl Energy Balls are one of my favorite on-the-go snacks and taste just like a PB and J sandwich! And, our peanut butter and jelly quinoa cups are a new reader favorite.

This pb and j smoothie blends frozen berries, peanut butter, protein powder, and milk into one thick, perfectly sweet protein shake and only uses a few basic ingredients.

Yum. Made it today for lunch. I was wondering if it can be made with PB powder to cut the calories a little bit more?

This looks delicious! I’ll have to add it to my smoothie rotation. Question: Do you think I could sub in Peanut Butter powder instead of “real” peanut butter?

Hi there, just found what sounds like the perfect smoothie…thanks for this…PB and J are kind of my staple food. How would I go about removing some of the salt content (Im sure it’s the PB)… any suggestions for lessoning it would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi, I am most anxious to try out you smoothie, and other recipes. They look divine! Yum!
Since I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, I was hoping you might know of a Canadian supplier of your needed “whey product”, please let me know ASAP, as I really want to get started!
Sincerely.

The smoothie might be tasty, but I won’t try it. Why? Because the photo is off putting. The picture is messy not artistic. You look like a nice lady; to bad the pb and j smoothie looks like a 4 yr old got into the kitchen without supervision.
